Who we are. This site is operated by Jez Tucker, as parent and guardian of Reuben Tucker, trading as Reuben Tucker Racing^TM ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for any personal data submitted through this site.

Contact. Questions about this notice, or about data you've sent us, go to admin@reubenracing.uk.

What we collect. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and, optionally, your company and a message. We don't collect anything else about you.

Why we collect it. Solely to respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis is legitimate interest — replying to enquiries you've chosen to send us — under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR. We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell or rent them to anyone.

Who processes it. Two processors handle your enquiry on our instructions, and for no other purpose of their own:

• Cloudflare Workers — receives the form submission and relays it to us, and runs Turnstile, the spam check described below.
• Mailgun (EU region) — delivers the enquiry to our inbox by email.

How long we keep it. For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up — no longer than 24 months, unless a partnership conversation is still ongoing. After that it's deleted.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email gdpr-access-request@reubenracing.uk and we'll respond within a month. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Requests & fees. Asking us what data we hold is free. We only charge a reasonable admin fee, or can decline to act, if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive under Article 12(5) UK GDPR.

This site does not use cookies, web beacons, pixels or any other tracking technology to monitor, record or profile your visit. We don't track individual visits, and no browsing data is collected, stored or shared for advertising, analytics or any other purpose. You can browse this site without anything being placed on your device.

The one exception. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that blocks automated spam. When you submit the form, Turnstile checks a small number of technical signals — such as your IP address and browser type — to confirm the submission is human. It doesn't set a tracking cookie and isn't used to monitor your visit to the site. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy for the detail.

Your browser may briefly hold one technical entry (ghost-history) in session storage, written by this site's Ghost publishing platform to make in-page search work. It isn't a cookie, isn't used to track you, and is cleared automatically when you close the tab.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Content. The text, images, graphics and figures on this site belong to Reuben Tucker Racing^TM or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without our consent.

Trademarks. RTR^TM, the RTRacing^TM logo, the Reuben Tucker Racing^TM name and fastestinhemel^TM are trademarks of Reuben Tucker Racing^TM. All rights reserved — these marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Third-party marks. SIM Motorsport, Innit Audio and BRSCC, along with their respective logos and brand names, are trademarks of their own companies. All other product, company and brand names mentioned on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

Accuracy. We keep the figures on this site sourced and up to date to the best of our ability, but racing results, partnership terms, and calculators such as the one on the Partners page are provided for information only. They don't constitute advice, an offer, or a guarantee of any outcome — see the notes attached to each figure.

Links to other sites. Links to third-party sites, including LinkedIn, Instagram, SIM Motorsport and Innit Audio, are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
